- Location Information: Used to show nearby clinics. Location is never stored on our servers.
- Technical Information: We do not use analytics, crash logs, or unnecessary cookies. Only minimal cookies required for authentication may be used.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Booking and managing appointments.
- Showing you nearby clinics.
- Allowing doctors and receptionists (only when you book with them) to view relevant medical details.
- Supporting you if you report an issue.
We do not sell or share your data with outside clinics or third parties.
3. How We Share Information
- Doctors & Receptionists: Only those linked to your booked appointments can view the details necessary for your care.
- No Third Parties: We do not provide your data to outside clinics, advertisers, or unauthorized entities.
4. Data Storage and Security
- All sensitive fields are stored in encrypted form (PGP encryption).
- Every backend request is verified through JWT authentication.
- Our servers are secured to industry standards.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Your information is retained only as long as needed to provide the service.
- When you delete your account, all related data is instantly removed from our database.
- No logs or backups of your personal data are kept.
6. Your Rights
- Access and update your information in the app.
- Delete your account and all data linked to it.
- Withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our app is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
